📘 Privacy Policy – Jezt Mobile Application
This Privacy Policy describes how the Jezt Mobile Application (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) developed by Jezt AI (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) handles information.
The Application is provided as a Free service and is intended solely for authorized viewing of data generated by Jezt’s web-based platforms. The Application is provided “AS IS.”
🎯 Purpose of the Application
The Jezt Mobile Application functions strictly as a view-only interface. It allows authorized users to view:
- AI alerts and notifications
- Detection results
- Attendance logs
- CCTV detections and summaries
- Analytics and reports
All data processing, AI analysis, video handling, and storage occur exclusively on Jezt’s web-based systems and servers. The mobile Application itself does not perform AI processing or generate data.
🔐 User Authentication
The Jezt Mobile Application requires authentication using credentials that are managed through the Jezt web platform in order to restrict access to authorized users.
The Application does not collect, store, or process personal data beyond what is necessary to verify access and display authorized information to the user.
📄 Information Collection and Use
Apart from maintaining a secure authenticated session on the device, the Jezt Mobile Application:
- Does not collect personal data
- Does not collect device identifiers
- Does not collect usage analytics
- Does not collect location data
The Application does not run background tracking, telemetry, or analytics services. It operates strictly as a secure viewer for data generated on Jezt’s web-based systems.
👁️ Biometric and Sensitive Data
The Jezt Mobile Application does not collect, process, store, or retain biometric or sensitive personal data, including but not limited to:
- Facial images
- Facial templates
- Facial recognition identifiers
- Raw video or CCTV footage
Any biometric or AI-related processing is performed entirely on web-based platforms and is outside the scope of the mobile Application.
🗃️ Data Retention Policy
The mobile Application itself does not retain personal or device data on external servers.
Information required to maintain an authenticated session is retained only on the user’s device and is removed when the user logs out or uninstalls the Application.
All other data retention practices are governed by the Jezt web platform and its respective policies.
🧩 Third-Party Services
The Jezt Mobile Application does not integrate third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Platform services such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store may collect information independently in accordance with their own privacy policies, which are outside the control of the Service Provider.
👶 Children’s Privacy
The Jezt Mobile Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If it is discovered that such information has been provided, it will be deleted promptly.
